RVA Sponsorships

CarMax is proud to partner with a limited number of nonprofit organizations in our hometown of Richmond, Virginia to support events and activities that make Richmond a great place to live, work, and play.

CarMax Richmond Sponsorship Focus Areas:

  • Make signature Richmond area events accessible to diverse audiences
  • Support activities that engage our associates and take place within our local footprint (the counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, and Henrico, and the City of Richmond)
  • Position CarMax as an employer of choice by supporting thought leadership in the areas of technology & innovation, diversity, and workforce development initiatives.

Unfortunately, CarMax does not fund table sponsorships or fundraising events.

Application Process and Timing

Sponsorship applications are only accepted through our online system from September 1st to October 15th for sponsorship opportunities during the following fiscal year, which starts March 1.
